Adam Priestley has been called up to Gibraltar’s 23-man squad for the historic friendly with Slovakia.
The Farsley AFC striker is heading to Portugal for next Tuesday’s game which will be Gibraltar’s first since becoming a UEFA member.
He is joined by former Manchester United and Stoke City player Danny Higginbotham in the squad.
Priestley re-joined Farsley last month after leaving Guiseley and he scored in last night’s Doodson Sports Cup win at Goole – 12 hours before the squad announcement by Gibraltar manager Allen Bula.
