Farsley AFC’s 14 unbeaten league run came to an end when Kendal Town won 2-1 at Throstle Nest yesterday in Division One North.
With half-time beckoning, Danny Mitchley put Kendal ahead and Callum Hoctor doubled their lead in the second half.
Farsley hit back through Danny Hull on 82 minutes and despite a late push, the home side could not force an equaliser.
Ossett Albion remain rooted to the foot of the table after a 2-2 draw at New Mills.
Caldon Henson got both goals for Albion – his second was a last minute leveller.
Fatlum Ibrahimi’s late equaliser earned Harrogate Railway a point from the 2-2 stalemate with Radcliffe Borough at Station View.
Harrogate had led through Nathan Cartman, but goals from James Mullineux and Elliott Rokka put struggling Radcliffe ahead.
Rokka’s strike came in the 86th minute and Railway responded almost instantly when Ibrahimi scoring directly from a corner.
Wakefield FC lost 1-0 at Burscough.
In Division One South, Rudy Funk had a successful return to his former club Rainworth Miners Welfare as Scarborough Athletic ran out 2-1 winners.
Gary Bradshaw and Ryan Williams were on the score-sheet for Scarborough.
Goole lost 4-2 at Carlton Town and in the Premier Division, Frickley Athletic won 2-1 against fellow strugglers Barwell.
