Farsley AFC staged a remarkable last minute comeback to ensure their Division One North play-offs remained alive yesterday.
Farsley were trailing 2-1 to top five rivals Ramsbottom United as the clock struck 90 minutes, but Adam Priestley equalised and then Ross Daly scored the dramatic winner to earn Farsley an unlikely 3- victory.
Aiden Savory had earlier found the net for Farsley.
The fight for survival on-the-pitch is over for Ossett Albion as their place in the drop zone was confirmed after a 2-1 defeat to Radcliffe Borough.
However, the battle to stay in the Evo Stik may not be over just yet due to possible resignations.
Scott Turner had struck to put Albion level at one point, but Radcliffe hit a heart-breaking winner.
Harrogate Railway lost 3-1 at Kendal Town – Nathan Cartman scored from the penalty spot for Billy Miller’s men.
Wakefield FC lost 1-0 to Prescot Cables.
In Division One South, Scarborough Athletic needed a late equaliser to draw 1-1 with Leek Town.
Grant Ryan was the hero for the Seadogs.
Goole drew 2-2 with Mickleover Sports.
In the Premier Division, Frickley Athletic are facing the prospect of relegation after a 1-1 draw with fellow strugglers Marine.
Already-relegated Stocksbridge Park Steels were beaten 3-1 at leaders Chorley.
