You can ‘like’ Sports Performer on Facebook HEREPaul Marshall’s Tadcaster Albion have surrendered in their battle to avoid a four point deduction from their final Toolstation NCEL Premier Division tally.
The news means that Tadcaster have lost grip on the runners-up spot – the place now goes to Barton Town Old Boys on goals difference.
Tadcaster were due to take the battle to Wembley after being found guilty of fielding an ineligible player – understood to be Denny Ingram – back in October last month by the NCEL management board.
It was announced that Tadcaster had dropped their appeal case.
