Liam Tuck and Hilliard Serrao have both followed their old manager Rob Hunter to Knaresborough Town.
The pair have left Glasshoughton Welfare and will play for promotion hopefuls Knaresborough, where Hunter is assistant manager to Brian Davey, in Toolstation NCEL Division One this season.
Tuck, who has also played for Yorkshire Amateur and Selby Town, was vice-captain at Glasshoughton under Hunter and leaves after two full seasons at the club.
Venezuelan playmaker Serrao came to Glasshoughton last October and is a student at Askham Bryan College in York.
He lit up Leeds Road at times last season with a number of special goals and he has decided to go to play for the man who gave him his competitive debut in the UK.
Serrao can’t play higher than the NCEL due to work permit rules.
Knaresborough, who will Bristol Farm Manor in the inaugural Toolstation Cup in two weeks’ time, hope to make four or five more signings before the start of the season.
