Shaw Lane Aquaforce striker Danny Frost has signed for Bradford (Park Avenue) after a successful trial at the Conference North club.
Frost was known to Avenue though Bradford’s South Yorkshire based assistant manager Mark Hume and recently played all three of Avenue’s friendlies so far.
He scored once and has obviously done enough for John Deacey to sign him up.
Frost was Aquaforce’s leading goal-scorer during their Toolstation NCEL Division One promotion-winning season – he also hit the two goals that secured their rise to the Premier Division in April.
Frost said: “I’m happy to have signed for BPA, but I wish my old club good luck in hopefully going onto make another promotion push.
“My thanks also go to everyone at the club from the management team led by Craig Elliott to (director of football) Doug O’Connor and the owner Craig Wood for everything.”
