Ossett Albion confirm new signings ahead of new season

Ossett Albion have confirmed a host of new signings to Dimple Wells ahead of the upcoming Evo Stik Division One North season.
Albion are hoping to enjoy a much better campaign under Richard Tracey and Eric Gilchrist after earning a reprieve from relegation in May.
Striker Nicky Matthews and experienced defender Luke Richardson have arrived from Thackley, while also joining from a Toolstation NCEL Premier Division club is Liversedge’s Matthew Thompson.
Matthews was dual-registered with Farsley AFC at the end of the season.
Albion have also given a home to two ex-Wakefield players. Their goalkeeper, Neil Bennett, from the mid-2000s has returned and Ross Hardaker has moved to the club.
Ossett have retained the likes of star winger Ryan Harrison, Wes Milnes, Adam Muller, Steve Nicholson and Kurtis Noble.
It is believed that Ossett are hoping to confirm another signing in the next few days.
