Pete Goodlad’s Athersley Recreation will host Shaw Lane Aquaforce in the first round of the Sheffield & Hallamshire Senior Cup
Athersley Recreation will begin their defence of the Sheffield & Hallamshire Senior Cup against local rivals Shaw Lane Aquaforce.
Pete Goodlad’s Athersley defied the odds to deservedly beat Frickley Athletic in the final at Hillsborough in May and win the competition for the first time in their history.
Athersley will host Aquaforce next month.
In the other first round ties, Hallam will host Harworth Colliery and the newly-formed Dinnington Town will visit Sheffield FC.
