Billy Miller believes the FA Cup victory at Garforth Town can kick-start Harrogate Railway’s Evo Stik Division One North season.
Railway have yet to win in Division One North after four games which have seen goals flying in at both ends of the pitch.
Harrogate head to Burscough tomorrow and then host Clitheroe on Monday night at Station View in search of their first win.
Looking back at the Cup win at Garforth and forward to this weekend, Miller said: “It will probably do more for us than the loss will do to Garforth.
“Garforth will kick on and Graham (Nicholas) has done a great job there from the minute he set foot in the place and it is great to see them back.
“With a bit of luck, we may see them back in the Evo Stik in the future.
“For us, we have got to go back into the Evo Stik and start thinking about Burscough and then Clitheroe on Monday.
“The next stage for us is focusing on Burscough away which will be difficult.
“We have to be looking at four points which is what Clitheroe and Burscough will be doing.
“They’ll be looking at their Saturday and midweek game and seeing what they can target.
“We need to get the three points on the board.”
