Peter Duffield has signed vastly experienced goalkeeper James Lindley to replace his injured stopper Andrew Sneath.
Lindley will make his debut in the FA Vase first round tie at Sunderland RCA tomorrow.
Lindley, who was an unused sub for Hucknall Town in the 2005 FA Trophy Final, has played for many clubs including Harrogate Town, Notts County, Gresley Rovers and Alfreton Town.
He signs from Evo Stik Division One South crisis club Loughborough Dynamo.
Duffield told told Handsworth’s official website: “James is a big imposing keeper with excellent technical ability and he has an great level of experience and a great attitude.
“This is the 3rd club he as been with me (Retford & Belper) and I’m delighted to bring him into the club.”
