Darren Holmes has left Nostell Miners Welfare after their 3-0 defeat to Heanor Town today.
Holmes leaves Crofton by mutual consent and a spokesman said that the club wished him all the best for the future.
A discussion between Holmes and Nostell’s committee took place after the Heanor defeat and the meeting ended with Holmes’ departure.
Holmes had been in charge of Nostell for over a year after replacing Alan Colquhoun.
He kept them in the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division last season, but Nostell have found life tough this season and the club are currently second-bottom.
Nostell expect to announce his permanent successor on Monday.
