Shaw Lane Aquaforce will play Shildon at Oakwell next Wednesday
Shaw Lane Aquaforce will finally play their prolonged FA Vase third round tie with Shildon next Wednesday (kick off 7.45pm) at Oakwell – the home of Barnsley FC.
The match has been postponed twice and was due to take place next Tuesday at Shaw Lane.
However, the Shaw Lane pitch is in a bad way which has forced the switch and allowed Aquaforce to keep home advantage – which could be key.
The winner of the Third Round tie will travel to Walsall Wood in January.
