Shaw Lane Aquaforce’s crunch FA Vase fourth round replay with Walsall Wood will be played at Sandy Lane, the home of Handsworth Parramore and Worksop Town tomorrow night.

It is a massive night for Shaw Lane and the Toolstation Northern Counties East League as another club hopes to the join Tadcaster and AFC Mansfield in the next round.

The replay was postponed twice last week because of severe pitch problems at Shaw Lane which have meant that the club have only played one game at home since the start of November.

Aquaforce have agreed with Handsworth chairman Pete Whitehead to play the tie in Worksop. Shaw Lane had to switch venues for the third round clash with then-favourites Shildon from their home ground to Oakwell.

Mr Whitehead offered the ground to Shaw Lane and said: “I’m delighted we can help out a fellow NCEL club to get this important game played.”

The winner of the replay will host Flackwell Heath in the last 16.
