Evo Stik Division One North Scarborough Athletic have bolstered their midfield by signing Cameron Murray from York City.
The 19 year-old had a short spell on loan at Frickley Athletic earlier in the season and recently had his contract at Bootham Crescent cancelled.
He spent time in the youth sides at Leeds United and Bradford and made his one and only appearance for York in the Johnstone Paint Trophy against Rotherham.
The move comes three days after Scarborough lost Jimmy Ghaichem to AFC Mansfield, and Murray will fill his void in midfield.
The Halifax-born youngster will go straight into the Seadogs line-up to face Clitheroe on Saturday at Queensgate.
