Ryan Hindley has gone with a combination of young and old to strengthen his Hallam attack.
Vill Powell adds vast experience after leaving Ossett Town after a short spell at Ingfield.
The powerful striker, who started the season at Handsworth Parramore, is well-known in South Yorkshire for his long association with Sheffield FC.
Hindley is also delighted to recruit Mario Esposito from local football after a long chase.
Esposito has a tremendous record for successful Sunday side FC Handsworth Turf in the Blades Super Draw League this season.
The signings underline the progress that Hallam have made under Hindley since his appointment in October when the club were bottom of the Toolstation NCEL Division One table with no points from ten games.
The pair could make their debuts against Rossington Main on Saturday at Sandygate – if the weather holds out.
