Colley returned to Station View last night and scored after just six minutes in Railway’s 2-1 defeat to Prescot Cables.
The striker was a Rail player at the start of the season and his performances earned him a move to Avenue at the end of September.
But, starting opportunities have been far and few between at Horsfall Stadium.
Railway manager Billy Miller said: “It came from a conversation I had with John Deacey about him because I’d seen he had not been playing.
“John kindly agreed to dual-register him with us to give him some game-time.
“If Bradford (Park Avenue) need him to play on Saturday, he’ll go and play for them on Saturday.
“If he’s not in their squad for whatever reason then hopefully he will get some game-time with us.
“It is a big plus for us especially when he scored so soon.
“He probably needs some game-time because he was probably a bit rusty at times, but he did look our threat going forward.”
