Chris Sellars has been named as the new manager of Retford United.
Sellars replaces Rich Williams, who stepped down from his interim role following the 11-0 defeat at Bridlington Town – a match which saw Retford field only ten players.
Former Hallam manager Sellars takes charge for the first time on Saturday when Retford travel to Barton Town Old Boys.
Worsbrough Bridge assistant manager Wayne Thompson has renewed his partnership with Sellars by leaving the Barnsley-based club to join Retford.
Thompson was Sellars’ assistant at Hallam.
