Robbie O’Brien’s second half goal booked a place in the Doodson Sports Cup Final for Farsley AFC.
Farsley won 2-1 at Evo Stik Premier Division side Ramsbottom United and they will face Warrington Town in the final.
Josh Grant broke down the left-wing and scored with a strike into the far post to put Farsley into the lead early on.
A former player Osebi Abadaki struck the equaliser for the Ramsbottom with a fierce strike in the 32nd minute.
Farsley goalkeeper Tom Taylor produced an excellent save to deny Abadaki from putting Ramsbottom in front.
It was left to Farsley’s inspirational captain O’Brien to score the winner in the early stages of the second half.
O’Brien reacted the quickest in a scramble and the goal proved to be the decider.
Farsley last won the competition in 2006.
