Eccleshill are looking for a new manager as Gerard Jones has left

Eccleshill United are on the search for a new manager as the club begins to take a different direction.

The club’s long-standing partnership with the Richmond International Academic Soccer Academy has ended which has in turn meant that head coach Gerard Jones has left.

A statement said: “Gerard leaves on very good terms and with our very best wishes.

“The club also announce that they will be no longer working in direct partnership with RIASA and their future policy will be to implement a more traditional structure with regards to the management and playing squad.

“Applications are invited for the position of first team manager, particularly from those who have the ability to put together a squad of players who have the desire and ambition to play at NCEL level.”

Applicants are advised to contact chairman Adrian Benson on adrian.benson@btinternet.com.
