Most of North Ferriby’s FA Trophy winning players are staying on for another year in the Vanarama North next season.
Despite all the rumours, only Gregg Anderson, Nathan Jarman, Matt Wilson, Jonathan D’Laryea and Nathan Peat are leaving.
Captain Liam King, striker Tom Denton, goalkeeper Adam Nicklin and defenders Danny Hone and Josh Wilde are on two year contracts and remain at the club.
Goalkeeper Tom Nicholson, defenders Louis Bruce, Mark Gray, midfielders Danny Clarke, Russell Fry, Danny Emerton, Adam Bolder, Tim Taylor and Curtis Bateson plus striker Ryan Kendall have all re-signed.
Ferriby have also brought Nathan Hotte back to the club from Bradford (Park Avenue).
Ferriby manager Billy Heath: “It is great that so many of last season’s squad have signed-on again and it says a great deal about their spirit and attitude
“Despite the alleged doom and gloom of a few weeks ago, we are geared-up to go next season. It goes without saying that we have a good squad for the coming season.
“The new signings will add experience and both are versatile players. We have a squad that is more than capable of competing in the Vanarama National League.”
