As the season has closed, Non League Yorkshire would like to thank all its loyal readers for their support during the 2014-15 campaign.
Obviously the decision was made last summer to change the name of the site and that has proved to be a success.
The amount of hits and users that have accessed the site throughout the past ten months has totally exceeded expectations. Over half-a-million page views in 12 months is quite incredible and shows the level of interest in Non League Football in Yorkshire.
NLY would also thank Grosvenor Casinos Leeds for their sponsorship midway through the season – sponsoring the site can be done for as little as £20 for a link on the links page.
It has been a big effort to cover as many games and new stories as the site has and thanks must go to the managers and players who have given their time to talk.
Thanks also go to the people who provide photos and reports from games.
As there are over 40 clubs to cover in Yorkshire it is impossible to cover everyone. A few clubs have received little or no coverage since the start of the season and this will hopefully be rectified next season.
Ash Hope deserves a lot of credit for his input into the site since January as he has been providing news and reports from East Yorkshire. His contributions have been immense and have built up a new audience in East Yorkshire
The site will continue to be updated throughout the quiet period before pre-season properly gets underway and we look forward to a new season.
Once again, thank you for reading and following the site.
