Hull United and Westella & Willerby are set to take their places in the Toolstation NCEL Division One next season.
Both clubs have confirmed that the FA have sent email confirmation of their promotion from the Humber Premier League and Central Midlands League.
The FA have yet to publish the full line-ups for the Premier Division and Division One so perennial crisis club Lincoln Moorlands Railway’s fate remains unconfirmed.
Curtis Woodhouse, manager of ambitious Hull, told his club’s official website: “Myself and Ian Ashbee have watched a few matches at this level so we aren’t going into it blind and we have a good friend who works at this level.
“We will go into it with the mantra we have had all year, we respect everybody but fear nobody.
“We’ll be in there to try and win it. I don’t set up for anything with the mentality of settling for anything less.”
