Lincoln Moorlands Railway’s survival is the main surprise of the proposed Toolstation Northern Counties East League constitution for the 2015-16 season.
Perennial crisis club Lincoln failed to fulfil four Division One fixtures last season, but have remarkably received a reprieve, despite finishing second bottom in Division One.
Lincoln also notably ran out of actual footballs after just five minutes of the 7-0 defeat to Pontefract in April – the match which secured promotion for Pontefract.
The constitution is decided by the FA’s leagues committee.
Hull United and Westella’s places have now been officially confirmed.
Swallownest Miners Welfare will have to wait another season to get promoted after failing to finish their ground improvements on time.
In the Premier Division, Heanor Town’s sideways move to the Midland League has been confirmed.
The full line-up can be seen on the NCEL official website.
