Craig Elliott has captured one of his main targets by adding exciting winger Alex Davidson to his Shaw Lane Aquaforce squad.
The former North Ferriby United player joins from Bradford (Park Avenue) and is another eye-catching signing for the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division champions.
Elliott told Non League Yorkshire: “I am a massive fan of him and I have followed him closely for a lot of years since I first saw him play.
“He is a fantastic signing and probably one of the biggest I have made since I became manager of Shaw Lane.”
Davidson joins a growing list of new signings to Shaw Lane after Adam Priestley, Gavin Allott and Rhys Meynell were recruited earlier this week for their first Evo Stik Division One South campaign.
On the retained front, player/assistant manager Lee Morris, defender James Cotterill and goalkeeper Ian Deakin are committed for next season.
