Joel Hughes and Harrison Blakey have committed themselves to another campaign at Yorkshire Amateur, along with the rest of the side that finished tenth.
The pair were leading stars for the Toolstation NCEL Division One outfit last season when the Ammers were a surprise package.
Hughes was a handful for Division One defences and was the club’s top goal-scorer with 26 goals.
Blakey, who was in Non League Yorkshire’s Division One team of the year, was a key player in their midfielder.
Head coach Rick Addy said: “Joel and Harry agreed to sign at our first training session last night (Tuesday) and it is a really positive start.
“Because of their achievements last season, other clubs were chasing them. However, they have looked at what we as a club want to achieve and bought into that vision.
“We’re absolutely delighted.
“It topped off a great first session. We had 38 players there and we also retained the whole of last season’s squad which is fantastic.”
