Promotion-winner Craig Rouse will be lining up for Hallam over the next ten months.
Striker Rouse, who helped steer Pontefract Collieries back into the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division after a 16-year exile in Division One, is one of six new signings at the Sheffield-based club.
Hallam manager Ryan Hindley has also pulled several other impressive captures including former Staveley and Parramore striker Jordan Turner – once one of the hottest properties in the NCEL.
Returning to Hallam is Mark Kokot, most recently of Worsbrough Bridge. Former Retford United player Jordan Cooper is another new arrival.
Hindley has also again shown his expert knowledge of youth and Sunday sides in South Yorkshire and surrounding areas by signing Micah Bishop and John Ollerenshaw.
Young Ollerenshaw was the captain of the successful Buxton under 21s team last season.
The final piece of positive news for Hallam fans is that Hindley has confirmed all the players who helped to pull off the great escape will be staying at Sandygate.
Hallam kick off their pre-season schedule on Tuesday night with a local derby against Sheffield FC.
