Selby celebrate winning the Eric Lawton Cup on Tuesday night
Selby Town have enjoyed another successful week in their pre-season preparations for the new Toolstation NCEL Division One season.
Selby destroyed higher league Barton Town Old Boys 4-0 on Saturday and then saw off Evo Stik Division One South side Goole AFC on Tuesday to lift the Eric Lawton Cup.
If that wasn’t enough, Dave Ricardo’s men beat Bridlington Town 5-3 on Thursday night.
Apart from the 3-0 defeat to Bradford (Park Avenue) on the 7th July, Selby have began their pre-season campaign in brilliant fashion.
Ricardo has also confirmed several more signings.
Goalkeeper Theo Cieply is now confirmed to be on board along with striker Chris Jackson and midfielder Will Ramsay.
