Chris Reape has added four new players to his Thackley squad and retained all of last season’s team.

Thackley are hoping to carry on where they left off and are aiming for a positive Toolstation NCEL Premier Division campaign this time around.

Their season got off to a dreadful start last year after Andy Patterson was sacked early doors. His replacement Lee Duxbury lasted one game.

Reape arrived in September and quickly stabilised the club and his team picked up some notable results before the season’s end – including the victory at Tadcaster.

Former Harrogate Railway winger Byron Littlefair is the first arrival from Knaresborough Town.

Also registered is ex-Garforth Town and Liversedge Anthony Hilton and Brighouse’s Joe Jagger.

The final signing is Ollie Moffatt.

Reape wants to add a couple more to his squad, but he is waiting for them to return from holiday.
