Penistone manager Ian Richards has finally signed Ollie Fearon after a long pursuit
Ian Richards has finally ended his long pursuit of Worsbrough Bridge striker Ollie Fearon after persuading him to join Penistone Church.
Richards has been on the striker’s tail for over a month having initially tried to lure him to Penistone during the second week of the Toolstation NCEL Division One season.
Fearon was Worsbrough’s star summer signing.
However, he has chosen to head to Penistone and is likely to make his debut against perennial crisis club Lincoln Moorlands Railway on Saturday.
