There will be two Wells on a Handsworth Parramore team-sheet from now on as Kieran’s brother Brad has joined the Sandy Lane club.
While Kieran has been lighting up the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division with his goals, Brad has stormed to the top of the charts in the Midland League for Long Eaton Town.
That has persuaded Parramore to create a family reunion ahead of the trip to Athersley Rec tomorrow.
Peter Duffield said: “Brad is a versatile forward who has a very good goal scoring record.
“We lost Bruno (Holden) to Sheffield FC and Brad is a player we’ve tracked for a while.
“He can play in 2/3 positions and is a great signing for the club.
“He was Long Eaton’s leading scorer last term and is their current leading scorer this term with 10 goals.
“I would like to thank Long Eaton for their exemplary attitude in dealing with the move once we had put our notice of approach in – they have been a credit to Non League Football with the professionalism they showed in dealing with Brad’s move.”
Non League Yorkshire’s charity tournament takes place tonight (Friday). The event is scheduled to finish at 10pm and you can pay on the door. Email info@nonleagueyorkshire.com or click HERE for further information.
