Armthorpe Welfare striker Joe Lumsden has signed for Stocksbridge
Joe Lumsden’s transfer from Armthorpe Welfare to Stocksbridge Park Steels has been completed.
The striker has been on Stocksbridge’s radar for a few weeks, but a three-match suspension has held the deal up.
The move does ease Chris Hilton’s attacking problem following Brad Grayson’s recent departure and Lee Garside’s ban.
Garside remains on the side-lines because of injury, but Hilton now has Lumsden, Scott Ruthven and Danny Critchlow as options.
