Gregg Anderson is likely to make his Tadcaster Albion in the eagerly anticipated Toolstation NCEL Premier Division clash at Handsworth Parramore on Saturday.
Anderson arrives from Clitheroe and bolsters Tadcaster’s defence which is set to be weakened for a few weeks as Andy Milne is heading to the USA because of work commitments.
Anderson actually played for Tadcaster in the 2005/06 season and has since played for Halifax Town, Buxton and North Ferriby United.
Billy Miller said: “Gregg is a close friend of mine and I’ve always admired him as a player, so to have him join Tadcaster Albion is a fantastic coup.
“I’ve had a number of discussions with Gregg over recent weeks, and I’m delighted that he’s now in a position to take part in our squad.”
