Stocksbridge Park Steels are sweating on the fitness of goalkeeper David Reay with the massive FA Trophy tie at Ilkeston looming.
Reay went off at half-time in the eventual 3-2 victory at Harrogate Railway in the Integro Doodson League Cup because of a groin problem.
As it stands, the stopper is a doubt for the trip to Ilkeston on Saturday.
Chris Hilton said: “We had to take him off because it is a big game on Saturday.
“It was a precaution, but it is a concern as to whether Dave will be fit for the weekend.
“He has a bad groin so we will have to assess that on Thursday and make a choice.
“If he’s not fit we’ll have to bring someone in.”
