Lee Ashforth believes Harrogate Railway are prepared for their return to action tomorrow.
Apart from playing half of the abandoned Evo Stik Division One North clash with Ossett Town, Railway have not taken to the field since losing to Kendal Town in mid-November.
Play-offs chasing Ossett Albion are the visitors to Station View and Ashforth said: “The last time we played a full game was November 14th which is over a month ago,
“We did have the 45 minutes against Ossett Town, but I think everyone is in same boat though.
“The good thing is that we’re a young side so I have no worries over fitness.
“The lads are big in going to the gym and we have trained every Saturday and in the week.
“We just want to get back on the pitch.”
New signing Chris Ovington hopes to finally serve the final game of a ban, while Dan Barrett starts his three-match suspension for his red card in the abandoned Ossett clash.
Tom Owen remains injured so Rail will have to cope without him for the visit of high-flying Ossett.
Albion have surprised many this season and Ashforth added: “I played at Ossett and was in the management team under Eric Gilchrist (in the late-2000s) and I still have a lot of friends down there.
“Some of the players who I played with there are still there such as Dominic Riordan and Rob Bordman.
“They have a good side and they’re having a phenomenal season. It is fantastic to see.
“I don’t think they have a weak link in a side built up over three years by Richard Tracey.
“I want us to test ourselves against the top sides so we can see how far we have come as a team.
“Over Christmas we have the three form teams in Farsley Celtic, Ossett Albion and Clitheroe to play which then takes us into January when we play teams in and around us.”
