Lee Whittington has re-signed for Handsworth Parramore after a year away
New leaders Handsworth Parramore have brought former striker Lee Whittington back to Sandy Lane.
The ex-Harrogate Town forward left Handsworth last year and has since played for Staveley Miners Welfare and Shirebrook Town.
Whittington previously enjoyed a prolific spell with Handsworth. He finished as their top-goalscorer in the 2013-14 with over 30 goals.
Handsworth went top of the table last night after Brigg Town 2-0. Worksop Town and Bridlington Town can overhaul them tonight if they win their respective matches.
