Midfielder Joel Dixon has checked in at struggling Ossett Town ahead of the visit of Clitheroe tomorrow.
Dixon has been without a club since leaving Scarborough Athletic before Christmas. He has played for a variety of clubs in the last few years including Tadcaster Albion, Harrogate Railway and Blyth Spartans.
Ossett manager Graham Nicholas has also signed Kieran Hirst, Dimitris Theofanouse and Tommy Smith, who have all impressed during reserve team matches.
Ossett have confirmed that defender Tyrone Gay, who dislocated a knee last week at Trafford, has also torn his medial ligament and will be out of action for a while.
