Nick Thompson has returned to Tadcaster Albion raring to go after a short spell with Selby Town.

Thompson has ‘loaned’ to Selby so he could build up his match fitness after an injury-hit campaign.

He played in ten games matches for Selby under Dave Ricardo and then interim bosses Nigel Emery and Reuben Pearse.

“I’m looking forward to getting back involved with Taddy,” Thompson said.

“I got some much needed minutes in the bag at Selby Town so hopefully I can contribute in some form for the rest of the season.”

He lined up to make an appearance in Tadcaster’s squad for the visit of Clipstone tonight.
