Penistone Church forward Ollie Fearon has been given a chance to show what he is capable of doing in the Evo Stik after signing a dual-registration form with Ossett Town.
Grant Black has swooped for Fearon as new captain Danny Frost is injured.
Young Fearon has enjoyed a solid season having done well for Worsbrough Bridge at the beginning of it. Since moving to Penistone in September, he has scored 22 times, making him the club’s top goal-scorer.
Fearon is likely to be in Ossett’s squad for the trip to whipping boys New Mills tomorrow.
