Adam Priestley struck the dramatic winner as Shaw Lane kept the pressure on runaway leaders Stafford Rangers, despite goalkeeper Tom Morgan’s first half red card.
Stafford fans were probably retweeting on Twitter for fun when Morgan saw red for a challenge on Eddy Samba – leading to defender Matt Dempsey going in goal.
A free kick straight after the interval from Matt Thornhill did put Aquaforce in front, but Stafford will have been delighted when Jamie Clarke equalised for Loughborough.
But Aquaforce had the last laugh as former Farsley Celtic striker Priestley pounced on a loose ball to score the winner.
