Handsworth Parramore’s title hopes hang in the balance after the shock defeat at relegation-threatened Brigg Town.

The backlog of fixtures probably took its toll on Parramore against Brigg, who simply had to win otherwise they would be certainty for relegation.

Former Selby Town forward Luke Anderson did the damage for Brigg. His first was a header during first half stoppage. He then sealed the victory late-on.

Parramore’s afternoon ended on a further sour note as Kieran Wells was sent off following an off-the-ball incident.

Armthorpe Welfare 2-0 Thackley

Armthorpe’s survival hopes remain in their own hands as second half goals got them past Thackley.

A Damian Hopkins own goal put Armthorpe ahead before Stuart Preston pounced to score from a free kick to seal the win.

Armthorpe need four points from their final three games to guarantee their safety.

Parkgate 1-2 Staveley Miners Welfare

Parkgate are not safe yet after a defeat and the fact results did not go their way.

Parkgate striker Josh Moore actually broke the deadlock, but two second half Staveley goals downed them.

Worksop Town 3-2 Albion Sports

Albion Sports are first team to complete their league campaign in the Premier Division.

Albion still have a great chance of success in the League Cup, but the Premier Division season ended on a low note.

Matt Mathers did put them in front against Worksop, but the Tigers soon hit back with an equaliser.

Matthew Booth then scored twice in the final ten minutes to put Worksop out of sight before Asif Hussain’s penalty gave Albion late hope.
