Spencer Fearn and Mark Askwith will carry on as joint managers of Maltby Main after leading the club to their highest finish in over 15 years.
Their coach John Stancliffe is also staying. The trio have transformed the club’s fortunes since arriving one year ago.
Under their stewardship the structure of the club is also set to improve further with an under 21’s side led by Andy King starting in the summer. The link up with the North of East England Academy starts imminently for scholars who will play in the Conference Youth Alliance and F.A Youth Cup.
Chairman Wilf Race said: “We are delighted that our management team have extended their services for a further year. Under their guidance the club has grown immensely and they are to be commended for their dedication and loyalty which has seen results improve beyond all expectations.
“I cannot thank them enough for the superb contribution they have made this season. We are absolutely thrilled that this exciting and very ambitious trio have committed themselves to the club for a further year. We are sure that our upward journey will see the club continue to flourish under their leadership”
Joint boss Fearn added: “The three of us are delighted to commit to Wilf and the club for at least another year. We have made great progress and are looking forward to improving not just the first team, but the structure of the club overall. The support we get from our Chairman and committee is first class, we have a great group of players and we are all enjoying our football. It was really a one minute conversation when we were asked to renew.”
