Goole AFC manager Lee Morris and his side have been moved to the Division One North
Goole have been transferred to the Evo Stik Division One North after a meeting of the FA’s leagues committee.
The ‘sideways movement’ is the most notable one for the Yorkshire region. Lee Morris’ men will now compete against the likes of Tadcaster Albion, Farsley Celtic and Ossett Albion next season.
Goole were last in the Division One North in the 2012/13 campaign.
Stocksbridge Park Steels, Shaw Lane Aquaforce and Sheffield FC remain in the South, despite their location. They all face a trip to reformed club AFC Rushden & Diamonds.
