Yorkshire Amateur are searching for a new joint manager after Rick Addy handed in his resignation.

Addy has quit because of work commitments, just days after first team coach Dave Thompson moved to Brighouse Town.

Leeds-based Ammers want to appoint Addy’s replacement as soon as possible and have set a date of Friday 17th June as the deadline. Interested parties are asked to contact Phil Harding on 07983 043809.

Addy has been at Harding’s side for two seasons, helping the Ammers pull themselves out of the doldrums and turn themselves into a strong NCEL Division One side.

Addy said: “It is because of work and travelling commitments. I’m going to enjoy my time out. I do want to get back into it, if the right opportunity comes along.”
