James Walshaw has signed for Farsley Celtic
Farsley Celtic have made a statement of intent with their first capture of the summer by persuading prolific striker James Walshaw to join them.
Walshaw previously played for Farsley between August 2008 and November 2008, the season that saw the club hurtle towards administration.
He has since gone onto become arguably the most dangerous striker in West Yorkshire. His goals helped Guiseley into the Conference North back in 2010 and he has continued to find the net on a consistent basis season on season for the likes of FC Halifax Town, Altrincham, Harrogate Town and Bradford (Park Avenue).
Walshaw ended last season at Shaw Lane AFC, playing a major role as the Barnsley-based side pushed runaway leaders Stafford Rangers to the final game.
