National League North
Bradford (Park Avenue) have fought back against the tide of departures with the additions of two very experienced National League players.
Attacker Nicky Boshell is back for his third spell at Avenue, alongside new face Ryan Toulson, who also arrives from local rivals Guiseley.
Avenue now have five players on the books. The mass exodus, prior to the appointment of Alex Meechan as head coach, caused huge concern amongst their supporters. Hopefully the arrival of new players will appease them.
“I’m looking forward to returning,” Boshell said. “I really liked what the manager had to say, which made me think I will enjoy playing for him.
“For those who weren’t around for my last spell, I will work hard for the team and I like to get on the ball as much as possible to create and score as many goals as I can.
“It’s a completely new squad going into a very competitive league but if we can get a good team spirit, I’m sure we can surprise a few people.”
