Local rivals Pontefract Collieries and Hemsworth Miners Welfare will renew old acquaintances in the FA Vase first qualifying round in September.

Hemsworth now have bragging rights over Pontefract since their title win, but both teams have strong sides so it is set to be a cracker.

They haven’t played each other since Pontefract ended Hemsworth’s promotion hopes and effectively secured their own elevation at the MDC Stadium in April 2014.
