New Garforth defender Reece Chappell with assistant manager Andy Sunley
Rob Hunter’s new-look Garforth Town team is really taking shape as nine more players have been confirmed.
Last season’s captain Jassim Alali is the standout name in the latest batch. Alali has made over 100 appearances for the Miners.
Spencer Lund and goalkeeper Dom Smith have also committed. Tom Osborne, the number one goalkeeper under Adrian Costello, is now club’s goalkeeping coach, but he has been registered.
Arriving at the J.S.White Community Stadium are: Jake Rose, a highly-rated midfielder who is a former Hull City academy player.
Reece Chappell, one of Hunter’s centre-backs from his days with Glasshoughton Welfare.
York-based right-back Sam Leach, who impressed during the trials.
The final two are Germayne Woodley and Jadey Ibrahim.
