Hemsworth Miners Welfare chief Wayne Benn was presented with the Non League Yorkshire manager of the year silver salver on Thursday night.
Benn was deservedly voted as the winner for the second year running in May.
The former Bradford (Park Avenue) captain led the Wells to the Toolstation NCEL Division One title last season.
Hemsworth, who lost only five times in the league, finished 12 points clear of second place.
Benn beat off competition from Maltby Main joint bosses Spencer Fearn & Mark Askwith, Frickley Athletic boss Karl Rose, Ossett Albion manager Richard Tracey, Tadcaster Albion boss Billy Miller and Stocksbridge Park Steels chief Chris Hilton.
