Nostell Miners Welfare continue their preparations for the new season with a home friendly against Evo Stik League side Goole AFC tomorrow night.
Graham Nicholas watched his new-look Nostell for the first time during the 2-1 defeat to a Leeds United under 18s side on Saturday.
Everyone involved was happy with how the day. There was a bumper crowd which will swell the coffers and Nostell’s performance on the field was rated as very good.
Nicholas was appointed as Nostell’s new manager in the wake of the relegation from the Premier Division and the club are hopeful that he can revive their fortunes.
