James Kay is the new assistant manager of Goole AFC
Lee Morris has reshuffled the management team at Goole AFC after the recent departure of Anton Foster.
Morris has promoted player/coach James Kay with immediate effect to the position of assistant manager ahead of tonight’s pre-season friendly at Nostell Miners Welfare.
New signing Neil Stevens will hold a coaching position alongside his role as a key midfielder.
Morris and Kay know each from their time playing together at Frickley, while Stevens knows the Goole AFC boss from Buxton.
Morris plans to complete his new-look coaching team with a further addition.
